According to foreign media reports, the U.S. Court of Federal Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order Thursday saying that Microsoft comply with the conditions for suspension of the implementation of the ban, agreed to suspend the ban on Word and plans to September 23 hearing on the case.

Microsoft spokesman Kevin Cruz (KevinKutz) said, “We are satisfied with the results of this and am looking forward to the September 23 hearing, held to present our point of view.”
